I’m loving the feedback on the Comic Creator Success Secrets Telesummit interviews! Please keep it coming by using the Comments link below this article. It all helps me to tailor future interviews to your needs.
For those of you who have yet to register – you can still listen to the interviews for free via this link – http://comiccreatorsecrets.com
Today, I’m speaking to a couple of creators with long and varied experience in the comic industry.
I’m interviewing Diana Greenhalgh, mainly about her experiences as a comic book inker, though her story is also a great example of the power of networking – very important when you’re starting out. She also tells us about her experiences at Ronin Studios, an independent publishing house where she is Editor-In-Chief.
Garen Ewing has had recent success with his Graphic Novel series ‘The Rainbow Orchid, but you’ll be entertained and educated when you hear his adventures in self-publishing. Listen to find out which mega-famous comic book creator submitted work to Garen’s self-published magazine for the princely sum of £15!
As usual, these interviews will be available for 24 hours only (until Midnight Pacific, 3am Eastern & 8am GMT). If you have already registered, you will have been sent the link to listen to the interviews.
Remember, if you haven’t yet registered for the telesummit, you can still listen to the remaining interviews (including Kody Chamberlain!) for free here – http://comiccreatorsecrets.com. Please also pass this link onto any friends who may benefit from this valuable information.
I’m sure you will enjoy and benefit from the interviews.
Kind regards

Phil, I wonder if you are matching these interviews up to have a constant theme. Even though they talked about different subjects, they both said one same thing that should resonate in everyone’s ears loud and clear. When you’ve done your work that you really enjoy and want to do… EDITORS WILL FIND YOU.
It’s a great feeling to not have to go out there pushing your stuff down the throat of publishers or resort to stalking editors in hallways at conventions. When you’ve done quality work, people will know about it. Let yourself shine through in all you do. Great things will happen!

Thanks Daniel
Yes, this is where the Law of Attraction comes in. Like the story of the two men who were trying to catch birds – one flailed about with a net, causing the birds to fly away, and the other simply held out some food in his hand, and eventually the birds came to him.
Like Kody Chamberlain and the Smash webcomic guys found, producing quality work and getting it published on the internet can attract the attention of some powerful names in the industry.
Kind regards
Phil
